I’m a detail-oriented Software QA Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in manual functional, regression, UAT, smoke, and integration testing across e-commerce and web platforms. I design test cases and scenarios, log and track defects in JIRA/Asana, and verify fixes with a strong focus on quality, data accuracy, and on-time delivery.

At Packaging Mines (Remote), I’ve designed, wrote, and executed 200+ test cases and scenarios for a high-traffic e-commerce website. I identified and tracked 100+ defects in JIRA, performed API testing with Postman for request/response validation, and completed database testing with SQL/MySQL queries to validate product/order/content data accuracy. I also conducted usability and accessibility reviews and supported content QA for website content, blogs, and product descriptions.

Earlier, at Starpro Combat, I led end-to-end QA testing across the website development lifecycle and supported defect-free launches. I validated WooCommerce/WordPress backend workflows using MySQL queries, collaborated with developers in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and contributed to SEO and social media initiatives as a Digital Marketing Specialist—bringing an extra layer of quality awareness to both product and content.
