What I'm looking for

I seek roles in translational biotech or R&D leadership where I can drive microbial-based innovations, build industry partnerships, and advance early-stage venture development.

I am a molecular biologist and research scientist with a PhD in Biological Sciences and broad expertise in microbiology, phytopathology, genomics, and microbial biotechnology. I design and validate molecular assays and lead multi-site field trials to translate lab discoveries into practical bio-inputs for sustainable agriculture.

At INTA I lead R&D programs on plant–microbe interactions, bio-inputs, and genetic improvement, coordinating collaborations with private companies and research institutes and developing national validation platforms. Previously, as a CONICET postdoctoral researcher I led genomic analyses on fungicide resistance, discovering key mutations and presenting findings at international conferences.

I have a strong track record in building cross-disciplinary partnerships, including international collaborations with USDA and European institutions, and in establishing laboratory standards and testing protocols for biological products. I also have experience teaching and mentoring undergraduate students in molecular and cellular biology.

I am passionate about scientific innovation, communication, and early-stage biotech development, and I seek roles where I can combine experimental rigor, strategic thinking, and translational impact to advance sustainable, microbial-based solutions and venture creation.
