What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative product-focused role where I can lead UX design, build design systems, run user research, and iterate with cross-functional teams to improve customer engagement.

I am a user-centered UX designer with experience designing digital banking and fintech products, focused on creating intuitive experiences that influence behavior and meet business goals.

At United Overseas Bank, I led the UOB Infinity experience, delivering wireframes, storyboards, prototypes and high-fidelity visuals in an agile environment while collaborating closely with product owners, analysts and engineers.

I have led end-to-end digital design for fintech projects at a startup, integrating blockchain and cybersecurity considerations, and conducted A/B and usability testing to refine conversion pathways and content clarity.

I build design systems, craft UX copy, and use analytics-informed iteration to improve engagement; I’m motivated by the intersection of people and design and driven to translate customer insights into high-impact digital products.
