I am a corporate strategy professional with around six years across strategy, corporate development and valuation.

At MTS Live, a ticketing and live-entertainment marketplace within a large listed group, I shape multi-year strategy across three business lines, turning market, competitor, customer and performance insights into priorities for senior leadership.

I evaluate new products, market entries, partnerships and M&A through DCF, NPV, IRR and scenario models. My business cases have supported market-entry strategies, a business-line expansion of approximately RUB 10 billion GMV (roughly USD 110 million) and a new product opportunity of up to RUB 15 billion (roughly USD 165 million). I led one acquisition end to end, from valuation and investment case through to board materials, approved at group level.

I also translate strategy into KPIs and prioritized initiatives, track execution, and recommend corrective action when results diverge. I modeled a platform-migration decision worth approximately RUB 300 million in annual free cash flow, reversing the original plan.

Previously I valued businesses across six industries at OKS LABS and supported a startup sell-side M&A deal valued above RUB 3 billion, and before that analyzed divisional performance in corporate and investment banking at Alfa-Bank.
