What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead M&A, fundraising, and investment projects where I can apply financial modelling, deal structuring, due diligence, and strategic market analysis.

At Legacy Capital, I coordinate asset acquisitions and investment projects for a family office, from target screening and due diligence through valuation, structuring, and debt financing. I've contributed to closed deals totaling more than $30 million.

Previously at Standard Capital, I progressed from Analyst to Senior Associate and coordinated M&A and fundraising engagements through closing. I led project teams, built financial models across manufacturing, real estate, mining, banking, and distribution, and reviewed more than 300 initiatives.

I combine financial modelling, investment appraisal, market research, and clear investor materials to move complex transactions forward. I also contributed to drafting a bill to establish an international medical hub in Uzbekistan.
