Engineering Manager at Breadfast who redesigned the core ordering service for reliability and horizontal scalability.

Egypt

Message

At Breadfast, I directed the architectural redesign of the core ordering service to support reliability and horizontal scalability during peak loads. I also established engineering growth and hiring frameworks while guiding a team of seven engineers.

At Airteam Aerial Intelligence, I led engineering for Airteam Fusion, a SaaS platform for aerial data semantic analysis. I architected a semantic analysis engine for 3D point-cloud models that secured a €1M IBB grant.

As VP of Software Engineering at 3YOURMIND, I directed a 30+ person department and redesigned the recruitment lifecycle, reducing time-to-hire from eight weeks to one to two weeks. I also ran Agile ceremonies and championed the Spotify squad model.

I'm currently building an autonomous privacy gateway at GUC using Rust, SLMs, OCRs, Zero Trust Architecture, Domain Driven Design, and Trunk-based Development. My background also includes building a serverless, API-first MVP backend at mocentiv and growing DREIDEV to approximately EGP1M in revenue.
