Backend owner for a multi-tenant CRM platform spanning Python and Go services, taking product areas from data model through production rollout for an Arabic-first Gulf customer base. Built the platform's third-party integration layer and owned authorization across services.

Led the Pricing and Ads squads, setting backend direction and aligning delivery with commercial goals. Led migration of a legacy Magento PHP monolith to Python FastAPI microservices and designed dynamic pricing, scheduling, carts, and coupon systems.

Maintained and extended critical components of the Bing Fresh Index pipeline, working in C++ and C#/.NET. Tuned and enhanced components to improve indexing performance and timeliness, and held DRI on-call rotation.

Built a multi-user authorization system supporting complex store-level access rules. Mentored and grew a team of backend engineers as acting chapter lead, and served as Release Master across environments.

Built a consumer buy-now-pay-later product in Python Django and led the backend team delivering it. Designed the data model and inter-service APIs, integrated third-party providers, and owned testing and security requirements.

Debugged a React Native mobile application, added features to meet requirements, and improved the GUI.

Built an HR web application on the MERN stack, including the database and front-end/back-end API layer.

Designed and built the department website in HTML/CSS/Bootstrap with a PHP and MySQL backend.

Inspected and tested the banner website against technical standards and produced quality and safety documentation.

Migrated databases from MySQL to MSSQL (ETL) and implemented an improved schema using SSIS and SQL Server Management Studio.
