I am an accomplished retail management professional with over 6 years of senior-level experience in multi-site retail operations, HR, administration, and accounts. I have led large-store operations, driven sales and profitability, and implemented merchandising and inventory controls.

In my current role I manage a 35,000 sq. ft. retail space, support recruiting and onboarding, coach teams, handle customer escalations, and oversee payroll and reporting. I have hands-on experience with vendor coordination, cash handling, shift planning, and maintaining compliance and store safety.
