At Edgerock Software Solutions, where I support the eClerx client, I turn workforce reporting needs into KPIs, reports, and interactive dashboards. I use SQL, Excel, and Power Query to prepare and validate HR data, then share findings through Power BI dashboards and executive presentations.
On my Recruitment Analytics & Hiring Dashboard project, I developed views of hiring pipelines and used funnel analysis to identify bottlenecks, source channel effectiveness, and time-to-hire metrics. I’ve also worked on workforce dashboards covering headcount, attrition, employee movement, and tenure, and automated recurring monthly HR reporting.
