I coordinate preliminary interviews, technical assessments, panel discussions, and offer negotiations while using ATS platforms to keep hiring processes organized.

I also recruit for non-technical roles in banking, marketing, and retail, with attention to culture fit, diversity and inclusion, and candidate communication.
