At Jio Financial Services (Jio Payments Solutions), I manage product work across JioPay’s merchant business. I led the public launch of the JioPay merchant website, which reached 67K+ active users YTD, and added regional languages, voice assistants, and visual aids.
I also delivered a lead management system on Zoho CRM and built JioPay’s developer document portal, including an LLM-integrated Ask AI feature. Earlier, I automated reporting at Morgan Stanley and built a deep-learning model at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay to detect cancer-cell nuclei in CT-scan images.
