I'm seeking a marketing-focused role where I can support impactful brand strategies, improve customer engagement, identify market opportunities, optimise processes, and contribute measurable results in a dynamic business environment.

I've supported marketing and operations at Al Suwairi Tourism, contributing to social media updates, customer enquiries, follow-ups, travel packages, ticketing, visa assistance, and hotel bookings.

At Hazel Inn Manyata, I conducted room checks, collected and analysed customer feedback, and studied guest preferences, service satisfaction, and brand perception to identify factors influencing repeat bookings.

I'm pursuing an MBA in Finance and Marketing and bring project management, social media advertising, team leadership, and customer-service experience to work that strengthens brands and customer engagement.
