At Chai Vision, I coordinate product compliance across UK, EU, and KSA markets for a multi-brand eCommerce portfolio. I help ensure packaging, labeling, manuals, and certifications meet regional requirements.
I review and maintain supplier certifications, test reports, and regulatory documentation to support compliant product launches across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.
I work with Product Development, Sourcing, Quality, and Marketing to build compliance requirements into the product lifecycle. I also liaise with suppliers, testing laboratories, and certification bodies to resolve issues affecting listings, shipments, and customs clearance.
Previously, at TekHQs (Remote), I resolved technical issues for U.S.-based clients and maintained case documentation in a CRM and ticketing system. My earlier roles included customer support and carrier dispatch operations at Alpha Enterprises, and outbound sales for YA Tech's UK Energy Campaign.
