I'm looking to lead and build reliable, scalable backend platforms and production AI workflows, combining hands-on architecture with engineering leadership, mentoring, and measurable business outcomes.

I've built and led backend platforms across fintech, insurance, and proptech, including high-volume lending systems, property operations software, and insurance products.

At SoftTeco, I owned a lending backend processing millions of queue messages daily, introduced prescoring that saved an estimated $30K per month, and led a five-engineer backend team. At Dwelly, I built the property-operations backend from zero to 10k+ units and shipped an AI compliance agent that autonomously handled about 70% of monthly cases.
