I am a proactive lead software engineer with deep experience building engineering organizations, shipping product-critical features, and aligning technical execution with strategic business goals. I have guided startups from seed stage through Series A while contributing hands-on to architecture and implementation.

At Sanlo Technologies I built the engineering org from scratch, instituted incident management and DORA/Agile/code-quality metrics, and helped deliver lending and payments platforms that processed high-volume transactions and originations.
