What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an HR Operations Manager, People Operations Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, Recruitment Operations Manager, or Learning Program Manager role.

At PepsiCo, I support talent acquisition operations for US and India markets, including offer management, candidate processing, background verification, and onboarding. I coordinate across recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, vendors, and HR teams to move hiring through the lifecycle.

I also manage learning systems, access, compliance, dashboards, and reporting for enterprise learning programs. I coordinate learning initiatives with global stakeholders and support rollout, communication, adoption, and enablement.

My PepsiCo work has also included HR operations dashboards, governance tracking, leadership reporting, and standardizing HR processes. I monitor data quality and SLA/KPI adherence and support process improvement.

Earlier, I supported recruiting, onboarding, candidate helpdesk, and reporting at Deloitte, and recruitment, UK payroll, and employee lifecycle queries at HSBC. At Hucon Solutions, I sourced, screened, and shortlisted candidates and coordinated interviews and follow-up.
