I'm looking to lead HR operations, people management, process improvement, and employee lifecycle initiatives while developing teams and partnering with global stakeholders.

I've supported HR operations and employee lifecycle processes at Bluetickmark Communications, Thiess India, Argenbright Group, and PeopleScout, covering onboarding, offboarding, transfers, payroll coordination, HR tickets, and employee data maintenance.

I build and guide teams while improving processes, training colleagues, and partnering with Payroll, IT, Operations, Talent Acquisition, vendors, and stakeholders. I've worked with UKG Pro, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, JumpCloud, ATS platforms, and recruitment channels including LinkedIn, Monster, Naukri, and Indeed.
