At WebCartisan, I shape positioning, launch content, and adoption for five WordPress, WooCommerce, and SaaS products. I work with engineering on AI API integrations and build Claude and n8n workflows for research, drafting, and fact-checking.

At WPDeveloper, I wrote documentation for 50+ releases across WordPress, Shopify, and hosting products, and published 700+ technical articles and tutorials with 3.6M+ views. Content behind EmbedPress supported its growth from 7K to 100K+ active installs.

I was Docs Lead for the WordPress 6.7 release and contributed to WordPress core from 6.1 to 6.6. I also built and shipped SmileyHub Emoji Kit, a WordPress plugin, from idea through development, documentation, and launch.
