At Nepal Scout – Koshi, I served as Local Project Coordinator for Scout Peace and Security initiatives, liaising with community leaders, provincial leadership, and project stakeholders. I delivered peacebuilding workshops and mentoring and training to over 300 youth facilitators.

I managed an NPR 100,000 event fund within a provincial youth empowerment project and handled event logistics, stakeholder engagement, and digital MEL impact reporting.

At Sagarmatha School, I teach Scout education through practical activities and mentor students in citizenship, discipline, and life skills. I also coach students in Mathematics and General Science and support their welfare as a Hostel Warden & Academic Tutor.

As a Program Intern at National Federation of the Disabled Nepal, I assisted with project tasks and analyzed primary data using digital reporting tools. I also collected and prepared project monitoring data for regional reporting using Kobo Toolbox, Google Sheets/Excel, and online data forms.
