At PROGRESS Inc. Nepal, I conducted field research on gender-based violence, women's access to leadership in local governance, and inclusive learning. My work included surveys and qualitative and quantitative data collection for projects with UN Women Nepal Country Office, UNICEF Nepal, and other organizations.
In July 2026, I designed and facilitated Gender and Social Inclusion training sessions at Social Work Institute (SWI), Nepal, following the curriculum prescribed by CTEVT. I also facilitated sessions on dating violence, gender equality, consent, and healthy relationships for the British Council (Hami Daju Bhai & Tribhuvan University Project) in February 2024.
My research interests include gender equality, social inclusion, women's leadership and governance, and evidence-based policy. I’m completing an M.A. in Gender Studies at Tribhuvan University, with my thesis ongoing.
