Quality Analyst at Amazon India auditing cases and calibrating reviewers; now focused on quality for AI agents in production.
IndiaWhat I'm looking for
At Amazon India, I audit cases against quality checklists and scorecards, trace recurring errors to their causes, and document issues with case evidence. I also run calibration sessions so reviewers score the same case consistently.
As Training Manager at Amazon, I led 35 to 40 direct reports and built a three-month new-hire program on procedures and policy. Earlier, I handled escalated abuse-prevention cases as a Subject Matter Expert and supervised investigators as a Resolution Supervisor.
I also check AI output for errors and made-up facts, compare AI results with manual audits, and build RAG apps, automations, and dashboards. I want to own the quality of AI agents in production.
