IndiaWhat I'm looking for
At Mindgate Solutions supporting SBI UPI, I monitor and deploy VMware AVI/NSX load-balancing services for critical banking applications. I troubleshoot production traffic, virtual servers, pools, health checks, HTTP errors, SSL certificates, and connectivity incidents while supporting 24×7 operations.
I use PCAPs and Wireshark to investigate TCP handshakes, retransmissions, resets, packet loss, latency, and end-to-end traffic flow between clients, load balancers, and backend servers. I also coordinate with application, server, firewall, DNS, and security teams, share RCA findings, and maintain configuration and incident documentation.
Previously, I supported Pune Smart City infrastructure through Cisco IE1000 switch configuration, VLANs, STP, IP addressing, PRTG, NNMi, and field-device connectivity. I’m looking to grow as a Network and Load Balancer Engineer.
