I'm currently directing daily manufacturing, warehousing, inventory, and dispatch operations at Nasib Industrial Products in Nairobi. I align production schedules with client demand, lead manpower allocation, and enforce HSE practices across plant operations.

At Silpack Industries, I managed complete polythene manufacturing operations across extrusion, printing, and bag-making departments. I coordinated 24/7 production cycles, maintained inventory records for resins and recycled feedstocks, and led preventive mechanical and electrical maintenance to reduce downtime.

I've also managed fleet deliveries, dispatch, warehouse verification, risk assessment, and supplier and third-party logistics workflows.

Earlier, I led branch operations at Digital City Limited, including sales, customer retention, workshop quality, cash flow, reconciliations, and inventory replenishment. My stores-management background at Carim's and Karatasi Industries strengthened my approach to stock controls, audits, documentation, and continuous manufacturing support.
