I’m looking for a software role where I can automate workflows, build reliable internal tools, and partner with Dev/DevOps to reduce production incidents—while growing into data-driven supervised machine learning to improve system intelligence.

I’m a Software Engineer who blends technical support with automation and internal tool development. I focus on improving operational efficiency and system reliability by turning repetitive workflows and production pain points into scalable solutions.

In my support and service desk roles, I’ve automated customer onboarding and operational monitoring, built IoT visibility reporting, and resolved 40+ tickets per month including P1 incidents. I also executed SQL updates, access control, product fixes, and raised PRs with documentation to keep improvements sustainable.

I’ve designed troubleshooting and maintenance tools with .NET (backend) and Angular (frontend), enhanced a Flutter-based app with new features, and built workflow automation across FTP/SFTP transfers, alerting, directory sync, and data extraction. I’m also expanding into supervised machine learning to make systems smarter through data-driven decision making.
