At HITEC University, I lead student affairs across career placement, counseling, scholarships, and sports, serving a university community of 3,200+ students. I manage a 12-person team and oversee programs that connect students with campus services and opportunities.

I grew Window to Industry sessions by 50% and expanded the annual Open House/Job Fair from 10 to 50+ participating organizations. I also conceived and institutionalized the Alumni Homecoming program, delivering three editions with approximately 1,000 alumni attending each.
