At National Institute of Technology (Powered by Arizona State University), I provide academic and career guidance to students and support their decisions about programs, academic pathways, and long-term career opportunities. I also helped onboard 30+ students for a new academic term and planned student engagement initiatives, including Open Days and Educational Expos.
At The University of Lahore and FSU Career Center, I taught career development and counseled students using Cognitive Information Processing theory and career assessments. I hold National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Certified Career Counselor (CCC) certifications, and my earlier human resources work included recruiting 40 new resources in one year.
