At Zazmic.ai, I build a conversational booking assistant for Great Wolf Lodge using RAG and multi-agent workflows. I also deliver production FastAPI services on GCP for US enterprise clients, from requirements through deployment.

At Careem, I built a human-in-the-loop LLM translation platform that localized 1M+ strings. Prompt refinement and Weaviate RAG improved translation accuracy, while document translation workflows preserved complex formatting and reduced outsourcing costs by 98%.
