At RMK Group, I developed 10+ Power Apps and 20+ Power Automate flows for HRM, purchasing, hiring, approvals, and operations. The RMK Connect applications support 200+ employees across five departments, and Dataverse workflows reduced paper-based processes and manual processing time by approximately 40%.

I also developed Databricks analytics pipelines and Power BI reporting, helping reduce reporting turnaround from days to hours. On the Connected Trip Program client project for Ford Motor Company, I designed a PostgreSQL-to-Azure Databricks CDC pipeline using ADLS Gen2 and a Unity Catalog-governed Medallion architecture.
