At Inkscape and lib2geom, I traced a long-standing robustness bug to fragile floating-point logic and replaced it with error-bounded interval arithmetic. I verified the fix with a 50+ case Google Test suite before it merged into production.

On a real-time healthcare voice agent project, I root-caused an intermittent production failure to slow synchronous Rails API writes and changed the system to keep audio flowing during slow calls. I also built and maintained its Twilio and AWS Bedrock integrations, PostgreSQL audit trails, and configuration for 20 distinct agents.
