At 3rdEyeSoft, I build and maintain REST APIs and features for Control HF, which monitors heart-failure patients at home and tracks diet and medication adherence. I integrated FHIR for healthcare data exchange and Twilio calling APIs for patient-facing voice workflows.
I also built an MCP server connecting the AI layer to patient data for medication-change predictions and tolerance analysis. I deploy backend services on Linux with Docker and GitLab CI, and debug issues across frontend, API, and database layers.
At Mux Tech PVT LTD, I architected a real-time vehicle-tracking platform from greenfield to 50,000+ monthly active users. I built a Next.js fleet-tracking map that rendered 1,000+ live vehicles using viewport culling and batched WebSocket updates.
At Mux Tech PVT LTD, I designed data models and 15+ production REST APIs across fleet, rental, and CRM domains, and engineered an event-driven microservices backend. I mentored and onboarded 5+ junior developers. Earlier, at The Codex IT Solution, I delivered client products in React and Node.js, including finance software, a real-estate portal, and tailor-shop management software.
