At LATRO - MANAGED SERVICES - REMOTE, I managed SMSC, USSD, Subscription Manager and FLYTXT systems. I supported business continuity on FLYTXT by resolving issues with broadcasts, campaigns and BI reports, and improved monitoring and alarms across FLYTXT containers.
At VODAFONE EGYPT, I led technical design for USSD and messaging systems and launched national-scale ATL promotions and product price adjustments. I also supported release management and operations after launch.
Earlier at VODAFONE EGYPT, I worked on technology strategy planning, budget and warehouse tracking, and radio network optimization. My graduation project used Java and MySQL to optimize LTE network capacity and mitigate cell congestion; I hold a PMP® certification and am preparing for the PMI-ACP® certification.
