I build production AI and CRM features for a SaaS platform, integrating OpenAI-assisted workflows with FastAPI, React/TypeScript and business APIs. I also built and operate Irshad AI Employee, a multi-tenant document assistant with approximately 117,000 embedded chunks; its published evaluation reported 74.5% gold-source accuracy and a manual audit found zero fabricated citations.
