What I'm looking for

I'm looking to further my data center and infrastructure career with an ambitious, expanding company where I can maintain critical systems, resolve incidents, support operational excellence, and contribute as part of a strong team.

I'm currently supporting Google Data Center operations at Smart Solution Technologies, where I monitor critical infrastructure, respond to alarms, maintain hardware and network systems, and coordinate vendors for maintenance and repairs.

My work covers power, cooling, security, space management, asset inventory, capacity planning, Access Point surveys, service tickets, IMS documentation, and on-call incident response. I focus on keeping infrastructure healthy, compliant, and available.

Previously, at ZT Systems supporting a Microsoft Data Center, I performed diagnostics, troubleshooting, incident escalation, remote cable checks, and ticket completion against KPIs and SLAs.

I've also delivered network and desktop support through Timelyne Consulting and Mavin Tech, resolving hardware, software, LAN, WLAN, VPN, Active Directory, Office 365, printer, and operating system issues for users.
