What I'm looking for

I am seeking senior technical roles in Dynamics 365 F&O or ERP teams where I can lead projects, improve performance, implement integrations and mentor developers.

I am a Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations technical lead with extensive experience upgrading, customizing and supporting AX/D365 implementations across multiple industries. I lead teams, mentor developers and own deployments, releases and environment performance for large production systems.

My achievements include leading a team of developers, automating build and deployment pipelines, implementing file- and API-based integrations, enhancing SSRS reporting, and delivering a security/license project that reduced license cost by approximately $1 million. I have led upgrades from AX to D365 F&O and handled complex multi-location environments with large databases.

Technically I am hands-on with X++, Azure DevOps, LCS, Power Automate, OData/Dual Write and data migration frameworks, and I focus on performance tuning, environment management and pragmatic solutions that improve operations and reduce costs.
