Delivered end-to-end architectural initiatives, running technical spikes and coordinating production releases across 8 app services and 4 environments (SIT, UAT, PVT, PROD). Eliminated a microservices bottleneck and improved reliability by introducing Azure Service Bus for async workflows, including migrating authentication from cookie-based to JWT across all SPAs.

Delivered full-cycle software engineering across multiple concurrent client projects as sole developer on most engagements, from requirements through deployment and support. Built a Blazor pharmacy booking platform with Stripe prepaid tier payments, implemented a Svelte booking and onboarding platform, and delivered Payroll with ATO Single Touch Payroll compliance.

Built production applications for government and mining clients, including an Azure Functions + Event Grid IoT pipeline that processed LoRaWAN scaffolding alerts for end-user status updates. Developed an offline-first Svelte PWA for shift reporting (local storage with server sync when connectivity returns) and designed Azure infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines using Bicep templates.

Developed an optimized supply chain planning and production scheduling application supporting multiple scheduling methods and flexible time horizons. Modernised legacy systems with Angular/TypeScript and migrated to ASP.NET Web API, strengthening engineering quality through TDD and unit testing practices.

Maintained and enhanced application hosting management and CMDB systems using ASP.NET MVC, jQuery, NHibernate, and MSSQL. Coordinated software releases across multiple teams and designed/implemented new features to support infrastructure management for Volvo Group subsidiaries.

Redeveloped a legacy HR module using ASP.NET, Ext.JS, Entity Framework, and MSSQL, adding unit and automation test coverage for delivered functionality. Served as Scrum Master to organise team workload and help meet business goals.
