I’ve managed project execution and heavy-equipment operations for PT. PP (Persero) Tbk., PT. Putra Perkasa Integral, PT. Putra Perkasa Abadi, CV. Jaka Raharja, Baliest Villas Management, and Diamond Realty Investments. My work spans toll road reconstruction, hospitals, villa developments, nickel mining, infrastructure, and international real estate projects.

I coordinate engineering, construction, procurement, subcontractors, manpower, materials, equipment, and site teams while monitoring schedules, budgets, progress, quality, productivity, and HSE compliance. I’ve led project planning through completion and supported project control, budget analysis, cost forecasting, and management reporting.

I began in construction surveying and progressed through site supervision, project engineering, site operations, engineering and construction management, heavy-equipment management, and project management. I bring a Civil Engineering background alongside PMP and CSCMP certifications.
