I’m a Project Manager with more than 6 years of experience in industrial construction and project operations. I coordinate project activities, manage budgets and costs, and maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and contractors.

Since 2024, I’ve also operated my own laundry service business, where I established and standardized operational systems for two branches. I developed and transitioned daily operations to a delegated management system, and I monitor performance remotely through operational reporting and digital management applications.

Previously at PT. Dimensi Duta Karya, I managed industrial construction projects from planning until project handover. I coordinated project execution across clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams; monitored project progress, project cash flow, budgeting, and reporting; and supervised safety permit administration to ensure compliance with project regulations and safety standards.

Earlier, in Project Commercial & Coordination / Accounting, I prepared billing documents, agreements, and financial reports for ongoing projects, conducted expense analysis, and managed project bookkeeping. I’ve also supported freelance construction coordination by helping clients communicate with contractors and suppliers, providing support for budgeting estimates and material planning, and contributing to civil/structural and mechanical work across industrial projects.
