I've led industrial and construction projects across Indonesia, including Indospace Group projects from design through handover and the Jepara Garden Resort for PT. Kent Grotkjaer International.
At PT Maitland-Smith Indonesia, I helped expand a 3.5-hectare factory into a 13-hectare facility, coordinated more than USD 3 million in project bidding, and identified construction issues that saved the factory USD 10,000. I have also supported a new US-Italy manufacturing facility through commissioning at Flocus and supervised mining-town-site facilities for PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara.
I combine architecture, project management, budgeting, scheduling, site inspection, cost control, and contractor coordination to deliver safe, quality projects on time and within budget.
