At PT Urban Karya Arsitektur, I supervise construction and renovation projects, including exclusive residences, from planning through execution. I coordinate engineering, design, production, procurement, vendors, and subcontractors to keep work aligned with specifications, budgets, and timelines.
I prepare BoQs, RAB cost plans, material and equipment calculations, S-curves, schedules, and daily-to-monthly reports. I also conduct field inspections and resolve technical issues while maintaining QHSE standards across multiple concurrent projects.
Previously, I coordinated infrastructure development activities with Indonesia’s Ministry of Public Works and Housing, supporting technical planning, construction supervision, reporting, and community groups. My civil engineering background is supported by AutoCAD, SketchUp, SAP 2000, Microsoft Project, and practical visual-production experience.
