I’m a WHS Specialist who serves as a designated safety professional on site, coordinating and implementing Amazon’s Global Safety Program as directed by safety leadership. I focus on building a positive safety culture while complying with Amazon safety standards and maintaining a safe work environment.

I oversee WHS delivery at the fulfillment center by completing risk assessments, reviewing site performance against requirements, and analyzing safety metrics to find improvement opportunities. I conduct frequent audits and inspections, coach associates on observed work habits, and provide clear, consistent messages both verbally and in writing.

I lead continuous improvement using lean principles and kaizens to reduce safety and ergonomic risk in my processes. I maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly metrics for onsite and corporate reporting, and I support incident investigations with timely documentation, including entering safety incidents in the database.

I also partner with operations leaders and WHS coordinators—facilitating safety committees, attending and resolving issues with ops managers, and helping support development of the WHS Management System for Australia. Through training, mentoring, and data-driven risk assessment, I aim to inspire change and strengthen compliance across the site.
