Provided client-side safety leadership across live-plant, brownfield, electrical and process-safety activities. Conceived, developed and implemented the KGP in-field Process Safety Training Centre, strengthening Permit to Work, isolation and frontline process-safety capability.

Led EPCM HSES governance across KLE231 electrical distribution and multiple substation upgrades within the operating Karratha Gas Plant. Managed multiple contractors and a peak workforce of approximately 700, with no major incidents across the managed scope.
