What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can contribute sales, customer service, data management, and IT support skills while learning new systems, improving processes, and helping an organization deliver excellent service.

I've supported customer growth at Edge Technologies and Engie Energy Access Limited, demonstrating technology products, generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and building lasting client relationships.

At Bulera Health Centre III, I entered patient information into Epivac and EMR systems, registered COVID-19 vaccinations, generated certificates, maintained inventory databases, and produced daily, weekly, and monthly Excel reports.

I've also provided IT support through software and hardware installation, application patching, troubleshooting, report generation, and technical assistance for computer operations.
