What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can teach cooperative economics, mentor students, and grow my research output—within a supportive academic environment that values service improvement, strong coordination, and real-world relevance.

I’m a Lecturer III at The Federal Polytechnic, Ile Oluji, teaching courses across cooperative economics and development. My work centers on helping students connect cooperative principles to real-world economic outcomes through practical, research-informed learning.

Before joining full-time teaching, I built a strong administrative foundation as an Administrative Officer II and Administrative Officer I within the Polytechnic. In the SERVICOM unit, I handled customer complaints, supported compliance evaluation, and helped drive service improvement through structured plans.

I’ve also contributed through committee and governance support, serving in roles such as Secretary and Recorder across ICT, project monitoring, resource allocation, and SERVICOM committees. In parallel, I coordinated part-time and full-time cooperative economics students—screening, course registration, advising, and supporting examination processes.

As an active academic, I publish research on cooperative development, TVET, sustainability, and cooperative modeling (including work related to renewable energy transition and energy poverty). I bring a disciplined, service-minded approach to teaching, coordination, and continuous improvement.
