At The Shepherd Heritage Academy, I lead an educational institution serving approximately 1,000 learners and over 80 staff. I supported institutional growth strategies that contributed to a 20% increase in student enrolment.
I established departments, defined staff responsibilities, and implemented performance-monitoring structures. I also coordinate academic and administrative projects, including staff development initiatives, school publications, and annual events.
At the Nigerian Institute of Social and Economic Research (NISER), I conducted literature reviews and synthesised findings for policy-oriented research. I prepared research summaries and policy briefs and assisted with research documentation and reporting.
As a Field Officer / Research Assistant at NISER, I collected and managed field survey data for a study on Inflation and Household Nutrition, and supported research on Farmer–Herder Conflict. I also conducted an institutional research study on students’ engagement with schooling to support evidence-based educational improvement.
