Mubarak Oyelowo

I’m a resourceful Computer Science graduate with hands-on experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) environments. At INQ Digital, I built reliability through proactive network monitoring, outage troubleshooting, and strict adherence to SLAs.

In my NOC role, I monitored uptime 24/7 by tracking base stations and network traffic using Zabbix and Nagios. I troubleshoot connectivity issues, test equipment, analyse logs, and resolve or escalate technical queries and outages.

I also manage the lifecycle of critical trouble tickets and help improve operational speed by triaging outages to Tier 2 engineering teams, reducing resolution time (MTTR). Additionally, I support network configuration, planning, documentation, and reporting using service data.

Before that, I worked as a Digital Marketing Intern where I sourced, optimised, and uploaded content, established clear metrics, and translated performance analysis into optimisation actions. I enjoy working across teams and I’m passionate about cloud infrastructure and network security.
