What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a development-focused environment where I can apply IT support and data analysis skills, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions—while continuously learning and growing professionally.

I am a first class Computer Science graduate with practical experience across IT operations, technical reporting, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. In my NYSC IT internship at the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), I help coordinate intern administration, act as a point of contact, and support smooth execution of department processes through clear documentation and communication.

I prepare detailed meeting reports with analytical summaries, clean and organize datasets in Microsoft Excel for accurate operational reporting, and support web content reviews by identifying errors and recommending improvements to usability, accessibility, and content accuracy. I also serve on the IT helpdesk—resolving user requests, supporting deployment of IT equipment, and partnering with senior IT personnel to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
