I'm looking to lead cross-functional R&D and engineering work where I can connect executive priorities with technical teams, develop practical systems, and improve performance through structured problem-solving.

At Semilab Semiconductor Physics Laboratory, I drive cross-functional R&D and engineering projects that develop advanced diagnostic and support systems, bridging executive leadership with expert teams. Previously, I developed automation systems for high-precision semiconductor metrology equipment and co-developed a standardized throughput measurement methodology to optimize machine performance and identify bottlenecks.

I've also led reliability improvements for industrial sewage pump components at Grundfos and developed wastewater treatment plants at Hidrokomplex Engineering Services. My mechanical engineering background helps me connect technical design, system development, and practical problem-solving.
