At Plazza, I led end-to-end development and production ownership of a healthcare commerce app from MVP to scale, supporting 30K+ monthly installs, 2.2K+ daily active users, 500+ daily orders, and Rs. 3L+ daily GMV across Android and iOS.
I shipped authentication, discovery, search, cart, checkout, Razorpay and UPI payments, real-time tracking, notifications, deep linking, and Order With AI for prescription-based medicine ordering. I also built Metadex, an in-house analytics SDK, with Firebase, PostHog, BigQuery, and Metabase funnels to measure the journey from app open to order.
I build native Android and iOS capabilities in Kotlin and Swift, bridge them into React Native and Expo, and own release engineering with EAS Build, EAS Update, Play Core, Play Store, and App Store submissions. My production work has maintained 99.5%+ crash-free Android users and 99.9%+ crash-free iOS users.
Previously at Ziroh Labs, I led frontend work for Zunu Message, built cryptographic and push-notification native modules, and developed a password manager and Chrome extension. I also improved onboarding, custom SSO, and profile flows by roughly 25% in new-user activation.
