I’m a Senior IT Systems Administrator with 15+ years delivering reliable IT services across enterprise infrastructure. I specialize in Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365, Azure cloud, Citrix virtualization, and SCCM deployment—built on strong ITIL service management fundamentals.

In my current role, I manage Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) for enterprise users and administer Microsoft Azure cloud services and hybrid infrastructure. I deploy and run SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) to ensure consistent endpoint management, while maintaining Hyper-V clusters and private cloud solutions for high availability and security.

I also drive automation and modernization through PowerShell scripting, and I’ve implemented PowerBI solutions with reporting dashboards to support business intelligence. In previous positions, I led Windows OS patch management cycles, managed Windows image deployment and software distribution pipelines, and handled Windows Endpoint Protection, driver management, and power policies.

Beyond systems administration, I’m highly certified in Microsoft technologies and I bring IT service operations and project delivery discipline from ITIL and PRINCE2. I’m ready to support remote teams aligned with US business hours and continue improving performance, security, and operational efficiency.
