At Accenture Latvia, I lead infrastructure migration and operational work for a private telecommunications client. I migrated more than 100 servers from Windows Server 2012 to Windows Server 2019 while meeting project timelines and budgets.

I take responsibility for ongoing operations that keep systems reliable and performing well. I also mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing across the team.

Previously, I led critical Oracle Database 11g-to-12c migrations for government and insurance clients, including a platform dependent on third-party legacy code. I've maintained infrastructure, automated deployment procedures, and delivered knowledge transfer for three major applications.
